They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the expansion of their B2C products through SEO, paid acquisition, and conversion rate optimization, leveraging AI-driven content engineering. Responsibilities: • Define our end to end growth / user acquisition strategy for B2C product line, spanning SEO, website, paid, email, etc. • Lead end-to-end content creation, utilizing AI tools to generate efficiencies across our entire content generation process. • Manage B2C paid acquisition campaigns across social, display, and online video platforms. • Refine target personas and value propositions for B2C products. • Collaborate with core marketing team to enhance B2C website performance and A/B testing and optimization strategies. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to continuously adapt our strategy based on the product roadmap and insights into what is working. Qualifications: Required: • Experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO and paid acquisition. • Familiarity with AI-driven content engineering tools and workflows. • A creative, test and learn mindset, particularly when it comes to testing cutting edge AI solutions and tools. • Background in B2C marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech environment. • Demonstrated experience in quickly testing and scaling new marketing channels, with a focus on speed and efficiency. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient with basic analytical tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Looker, Google Analytics). • A desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency. • Self starter: go-getter attitude who likes to get things done on their own initiative.
