Job Summary:
Agora Data, Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies across digital channels. The role focuses on optimizing the customer funnel, managing digital campaigns, and leveraging analytics to improve performance while collaborating with various teams to support growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
β’ Optimize and reduce friction for the full customer funnelβfrom awareness to advocacy
β’ Participate in the development and management of digital campaigns (AI discoverability, SEO, paid social, display, email, and content marketing) to drive qualified inbound and conversions, with emphasis on web conversion rate optimization.
β’ Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (Zoho and Zoho Campaigns) to support personalized, scalable campaigns.
β’ Monitor key performance metrics, A/B tests, and use analytics tools to continuously improve results.
β’ Lead growth experiments with clear hypotheses, rapid testing, and insight generation.
β’ Partner with Sales to reduce customer friction, ensure lead quality, and improve conversion rates.
β’ Collaborate with design and content teams on compelling creative that supports campaign goals.
β’ Identify new channels, partners, and technologies to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or growth marketing, preferably in a fintech, SaaS, or startup environment.
β’ Proven success driving measurable growth through multichannel and omnichannel campaigns.
β’ Expertise in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, CRM) to make data-informed decisions.
β’ Strong understanding of AI discoverability, SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
β’ Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
β’ Comfort working in a highly entrepreneurial, data-rich, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
β’ Experience in fintech, auto finance, or a highly regulated industry.
β’ Working knowledge of Google Analytics and CRM or other relational database tools.
β’ Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
β’ Previous use of Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Dynamics 365 CRM, or other CRM tools.
