They are seeking an Omnichannel Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of social media initiatives connecting consumers and retail partners with their fresh produce categories. Responsibilities: • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of social media initiatives that connect consumers, shoppers, and retail partners with fresh produce categories. • Develop and execute omnichannel strategies across B2C and B2B audiences. • Support brand storytelling and commercial objectives such as product launches and retail promotions. • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies on content strategy and creative development. • Partner cross-functionally across category marketing, sales, eCommerce, and external stakeholders. • Translate data into insights and influence senior leadership. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing omnichannel strategies across B2C and B2B audiences. • Expertise in organic and paid social media, influencer marketing, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest). • Demonstrated experience supporting both brand storytelling and commercial objectives (e.g., product launches, retail promotions, demand generation). • Proficient in social analytics and tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or similar. • Strong content strategy and creative development skills with the ability to brief and collaborate with internal teams and agencies. • Highly collaborative with the ability to partner cross-functionally across category marketing, sales, eCommerce, and external stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate data into insights and influence senior leadership. • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to adapt to evolving digital and retail landscapes. • A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record. • Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
