Role: We are looking for a talented Mid-weight Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in Brighton. This role offers the chance to work across our house of shutter and blinds brands, creating design work that spans multiple channels, from digital campaigns and e-commerce content to print and in-store experiences. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with strong technical design skills, able to deliver high-quality work across digital and print. You’ll collaborate closely with the in-house marketing and creative team, playing a key role in ensuring consistent, engaging brand expression across our portfolio. Salary Range: TBD Reporting to: Senior Designer Key Responsibilities: • Deliver creative assets across e-commerce, trade, and retail platforms. • Design for a variety of touchpoints including websites, social media, digital advertising, email templates, packaging, brochures, POS, and in-store materials. • Work with the brand team to ensure design work reflects brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. • Prepare print-ready files and manage digital assets. • Collaborate with product, brand, content & social, and trading teams to ensure creative supports business objectives. • Support the partnerships team with creative for John Lewis and B&Q, including in-store materials and promotional content. • Contribute fresh ideas and participate in workshops to help shape the creative direction of our brands. Required Qualifications & Experience: • 3–5 years’ experience in a design role, with a strong, versatile portfolio. • Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in visual arts, graphic design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. • Good knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Preferred • Experience with Lightroom and Premiere Pro. • Motion graphics skills with After Effects. • Photography experience (product or lifestyle). • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
