Job DescriptionAs a Growth Marketer, you will be the strategic engine for our clients, translating business objectives into actionable, multi-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. Your expertise will not only guide strategy but also ensure its flawless execution within the Zeta ecosystem. Your DayStrategy Development & Execution: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive growth strategies across various digital channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, paid media, and social media.
Zeta Platform Mastery: Serve as our in-house subject matter expert on the Zeta Global platform. Lead campaign setup, audience segmentation, cross-channel journey building, dynamic content implementation, and performance reporting within the ZMP.
Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, A/B test results, and customer data to derive actionable insights. Optimize strategies to improve key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Client Leadership: Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients. Confidently present strategies, articulate complex data insights, and provide data-backed recommendations in client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our creative, analytics, and account management teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client success.
Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team and our clients.
Desired profileBasic Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, growth, or CRM role, preferably within an agency environment.
Mandatory: Minimum of 2-3 years of recent, hands-on experience managing and executing campaigns directly within the Zeta Global platform (ZMP). Candidates must be able to demonstrate deep proficiency.
Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven significant, measurable business growth.
