About The Team
The Online Marketing & Retention team drives strategy across all customer lifecycle stages, building multichannel programs to boost upgrades, lifetime value, retention, win-backs, and engagement from onboarding to renewal.
Responsibilities
• Developing Monetization Strategies: Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer growth.
• Multi-Channel Strategy: Leverage owned channels like email, in-product marketing overlays/banners, SMS, Push & in-App to create a holistic and well-rounded monetization strategy.
• Analyzing customer behavior and market trends to identify high-value segments and tailor monetization strategies accordingly l everaging user persona and segments to create tailored marketing programs.
• Partnering with Ecommerce, Product, Data Science, Data Technology, and Finance teams to align monetization efforts with broader business and financial goals.
• Launching A/B tests and promotional strategies and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize revenue outcomes. Test and iterate on offers, pricing plans, and discounts to drive acquisition, expansion, and retention.
• Contributing to new product launches with monetization frameworks and value-based marketing strategies as well as launching new and optimize multichannel growth strategies
• Monitoring and report on key monetization KPIs such as conversion rates, upgrade rates, etc.
• Conducting marketing, pricing, and packaging analysis of competitors to inform marketing strategy.
• Partnering with data science to develop dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting structures for key revenue KPIs.
What we're looking for
• 10+ years in monetization, product/growth marketing, PLG, and lifecycle strategy, ideally in digital, SaaS, or subscription businesses, with a BS in Marketing, Business, or Economics , (MBA is a plus).
• Have analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Have experience leading monetization strategies across owned marketing channels.
• Have the ability to work cross-functionally in a very dynamic environment.
• Be proficient in communication, collaboration, project management and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Have experience with marketing, CRM, and experimentation tools like SFMC, Pardot , Braze, Airship, Optimizely
• Have experience with Analytics & Tracking tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau Looker, Tableau, BI, etc.
• Have experience in SaaS, mobile apps, marketplaces, or digital subscription businesses as well as experience in a high-growth tech environment or product-led growth (PLG) company.
• Have experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks.
Minimum
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$97,600.00
Maximum
$225,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
