Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Account Executive to support the growth of key wholesale accounts. This role will involves managing direct relationships with key retailers, supporting NAMs with major accounts, driving sales performance, and supporting strategic account plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, commercials, account support, a strong understanding of the beauty sector, and excellent negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Management & Growth • Establish and maintain excellent relationships at all levels with key accounts, finding ways to surprise and delight customers to ensure maximum attention and endorsement for our brands (e.g., Argos, Sephora, ASOS and independent beauty retailers). • Support the National Account Manager with day to day with major national retailers (e.g., Boots and Superdrug) • Optimize product placement, and manage retailer-specific promotions. • Conduct business reviews and performance analysis to identify new opportunities. • Manage relationship end to end • Ensure best in class VM / Listings at all times 1. Sales & Performance Analysis • Track and analyse sales performance across all accounts. • Provide reports on sales trends, category insights, and competitor activity. • Forecasting and demand planning to ensure stock availability. • Work closely with supply chain teams to manage order fulfilment and minimise stock issues. 1. Trade & Marketing Collaboration • Assist in developing trade marketing campaigns and in-store activations. • Work closely with marketing teams to align product launches and promotional strategies. • Support digital marketing initiatives with e-commerce partners. • Ensure brand visibility and compliance with retailer guidelines. 1. Negotiation & Commercial Management • Assist in pricing negotiations, promotional planning, and contract renewals. • Monitor retailer trade spend and promotional budgets to maximize ROI. • Support the National Account Manager in preparing pitch presentations and proposals. • Co manage Wholesale coordinator Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred). • 3+ years of experience in national account management or sales within the beauty industry • 3+ years supporting Major UK accounts / NAM • Strong relationships with UK beauty retailers and distributors. • Excellent relationship management skills. • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and category insights. • Advance in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and CRM systems. VLookups, Pivot tables macros.
