We are currently hiring for a National Account Manager on a permanent basis reporting into the E-commerce Controller. To drive profitable growth across key national retail accounts by developing and executing strategic customer plans, building strong relationships, and delivering against commercial targets. The National Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for major retail partners, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives. Responsibilities • Develop and responsibility grow our portfolio within eCommerce retailers • Build and track FY JBPs (where appropriate) for defined customers ensuring these align to GPN budgeted targets • Manage and understand P&L from Gross Revenue to Contribution Margin % • Strong understanding and experience of the eCommerce market • Work with category management to ensure GPN is seen as the category partner within defined retailers • Build strong relationships externally with key customer contacts • Militant focus on chasing and landing incremental opportunities within retailers • Build out appropriate promotional plans utilizing RGM support • Work with customer & trade marketing to develop appropriate marketing support plans • Work with customer service to ensure both internal & external needs are met • Ability to forecast effectively and accurately to ensure Supply Chain KPIs are met • Manage performance and improvement of the digital shelf across all defined retailers The Skills you will bring to the team • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum 3–5 years in a commercial role within the FMCG sector, ideally in account management. · eCommerce experience: Minimum 2 years in a commercial role. • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L, pricing strategy, and promotional mechanics · Analytical Skills: • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans. • Negotiation: Skilled in high-stakes negotiation and influencing senior stakeholders. • Experience in Direct to Consumer eCommerce retailing. • Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Kantar). · • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation. • Interest in sport or health and fitness.
