Signature Career Management is working with a fast-growing SME that is redefining the chilled food market. Their retail and own-label business is expanding rapidly, and they are now looking for a National Account Manager to drive growth across key Grocery and Ecommerce accounts. This is a London-based business with a dynamic and creative hybrid office culture, shared with innovative companies across various industries. The team is small but mighty, offering a collaborative and high-energy environment where everyone plays a crucial role in the brand’s success. If you thrive in a fast-paced SME setting and want the autonomy to shape the future of key retail partnerships, this is the role for you! Main responsibilities include; β€’ Develop existing relationships across Retail and Ecommerce customers. β€’ Securing new business and further distribution – multi channel. β€’ Develop JBPs and manage the P&L seeking out opportunities for growth. β€’ Execute NPD and promotional plans ensuring forecast accuracy. β€’ Work with internal and external stakeholders on developing and executing NPD! You will be/have; β€’ Existing FMCG Retail experience – ideally Top 4. β€’ Analytical, highly numerate – a natural problem solver. β€’ An individual who raises the bar and looks for extraordinary. β€’ Be able to think on your feet, agile, juggle multiple projects. β€’ Drive and tenacity to make things happen. β€’ A competitive nature and desire to win in a collaborative manner.
