• Lead regional and store training events to enhance sales personnel knowledge
• Create and execute the annual operating plan for The Home Depot PRO/Field Sales account
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 7 years of sales management and/or sales training experience
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Proven track record in achieving sales objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
• 7+ years of direct experience in the fire safety or building products industry
• Channel management experience in home improvement retail and e-commerce
