About The Role As National Account Manager – Off Premise at Vinarchy, you’ll be responsible for driving growth across a diverse range of Off Premise channels, including national chains, independents, and e-commerce platforms. This field-based role will see you building strategic partnerships with key retailers, developing insight-driven business plans, and executing programs that increase distribution, brand visibility, and profitability. It's an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a global wine portfolio in one of the industry's most dynamic sales environments. Key Responsibilities Include • Manage and grow relationships with key Off Premise retail partners. • Lead Joint Business Planning, including chain summit meetings, new item launches, programming calendars, pricing strategies, and distribution growth plans. • Create and execute innovative programs informed by consumer trends, shopper insights, and category dynamics to strengthen Vinarchy’s brand presence and share of shelf. • Influence pricing and promotional budgets to support customer plans and deliver sustainable profit growth. • Analyse sales data, customer insights, and category trends to drive informed decision-making and optimise performance. • Work closely with marketing, category, supply chain, and brand teams to deliver compelling consumer-facing activations and meet customer objectives. • Provide regular updates on account performance, sales forecasts, market trends, and growth opportunities. What You’ll Bring Required Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree (business, marketing, or related field preferred). • 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG or beverage alcohol, with a strong track record in Off Premise channels. • Proven success managing national accounts and building Joint Business Plans with major chain retailers. • Experience working with distributor partners and understanding of the three-tier system. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong competency with syndicated data. • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret and apply sales data to drive strategy and execution. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels. • Understanding of pricing structures, promotional levers, and category management principles. • Proven ability to develop creative, insight-led customer programs aligned to shopper and category trends.
