National Account Manager - FMCG / E-Commerce Retail Circa £60K base salary, plus car allowance, bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Based in Buckinghamshire, with 4 days in the office per week. We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join a fast-growing FMCG business, managing a portfolio of major retailer / e-commerce accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead commercial growth, maximise account performance, and develop long term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the lead National Account Manager for your assigned accounts, delivering on revenue, margin, and profitability targets. • Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive business growth and customer engagement. • Build strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across e-commerce and retail channels. • Analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and manage risks. • Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute promotional activity, ensuring brand visibility and performance. • Coach and manage a direct report, providing guidance to ensure objectives are met and teams perform at their best. What We're Looking For: • Proven track record as a National Account Manager, ideally managing large scale e-commerce or high street accounts in FMCG • Strong commercial acumen, with experience delivering profitable growth and executing strategic account plans. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels. • Data driven approach, using sales insight and market intelligence to inform decision-making. • Organised, proactive, and target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to commit to 4 days a week in the South East office.
