We are seeking a highly seasoned National Distribution Manager with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the UAE automotive aftermarket. The ideal candidate has deep, on-ground knowledge of current national and regional distributors and can immediately appoint, activate, and scale Goodyear’s extended product lines through a hybrid model (Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce).
You will lead the Go-To-Market strategy for Goodyear Engine Oils, Car Batteries, and Engine Additives across the UAE, leveraging your established relationships and leadership experience.

Identify, appoint, and onboard UAE-based National & Regional Distributors.
Develop and execute a hybrid channel model combining Retail, Wholesale, and Ecommerce fulfillment.
Set clear sales coverage KPIs and design Go-To-Market plans for rapid rollout.
Negotiate distributor terms including margins, payment cycles, and geographic coverage.
Build and manage a funnel of trade clients including workshops, retailers, fleets, and digital sales partners.
Oversee product registrations, pricing approvals, and commercial readiness in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure compliance with Goodyear’s global brand standards and regional performance metrics.
Drive product education and POS activation at distributor and retailer levels.

Strong network of existing relationships with UAE lubricant, battery, or parts distributors.
