NetSuite Administrator We are seeking a highly talented and motivated problem solver to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our core systems, including NetSuite, Shopify, and proprietary applications. They’ll work closely with all parts of the business to deliver on key reporting and automation goals. What You’ll Own • Lead and scale our NetSuite ERP implementations and optimizations • Manage a team of developers/integrators and oversee cybersecurity • Design and implement workflows, SuiteScript (v1/v2),role-based access controls, custom records, and dashboards • Proactively manage data integrity, audits, migrations, governance, and backups. • Lead integrations between NetSuite with Shopify, Amazon, Google Cloud, SPS, etc • Develop and maintain security protocols • Implement and manage employee onboarding/offboarding protocols • Own company-wide cybersecurity strategy for ERP and related systems • Provide end‑user training & support; build documentation and best practice guides • Own system health: coordinate upgrades, backups, compliance, and security audits • Drive continuous improvements, digital transformation, and ecommerce scale. What You Must Bring • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in NetSuite administration or development • Mastery of NetSuite (Suitescript, Workflows, REST API, Custom Records, Analytics) • Proven leadership managing small technical teams • Cloud computing skills in GCP (e.g. Cloud Functions, BigQuery) or similar platforms • Background in cybersecurity practices for ERP, and access control • Practical knowledge of warehousing, ecommerce, and finance/accounting • Excellent communicator and analytical thinker Preferred Extras • React and Node.js capability • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, etc.) • Experience with Shopify, Amazon and other APIs and integrations
