Role description
Silvertip is the go-to growth partner for DTC Shopify brands scaling from 6 and 7 figures into 8 figures. We combine elite growth strategists with organic AI to deliver faster, smarter, and more profitable scaling outcomes across creative, performance, and retention.
Due to ambitious expansion plans, we're expanding our sales team and hiring a New Business Manager. This is a multi-faceted, hands-on role where you’ll be a crucial cog in the Silvertip new business machine and open the right doors.
The Role
You’ll be in-market and fully focused on generating high-quality discovery calls with ambitious DTC brands. You’ll use a combination of research, outreach, events, referrals, and social prospecting to build a qualified pipeline. Your mission is to connect the right brands with our offer and book the calls that lead to growth partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and reach out to prospective DTC Shopify brands
• Maintain company social channels, working with sales and marketing to ensure regular posting and response
• Build and manage a steady pipeline of outbound leads
• Qualify prospects and book high-quality discovery calls for the leadership team
• Represent Silvertip online, in DMs, and at select industry events
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and refine ABM messaging
• Track outreach activity, call bookings, and follow-up using CRM tools
What we're looking for
• 1–3 years of B2B sales with quantifiable lead generation experience
• A natural prospector: consistent, confident, and metrics-driven
• Ability to manage social channels as a lead generation tool
• Strong communicator with an understanding of value-based selling
• Curious and self-motivated. You take initiative and get results
• Interest in DTC, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a plus
• Full-time availability with 2 days/week in our Liverpool Street office
