Position: ADMIN

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
β’ Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, account reports, and related documents with accuracy.
β’ Maintain proper records and filing systems to support audits and financial tracking.
β’ Manage both incoming and outgoing shipments by coordinating with logistics partners. Track deliveries, resolve delays, and ensure all shipments are processed on time with proper documentation.
β’ Support marketing activities, including content preparation, events, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
β’ Manage and update eCommerce platforms, including product listings and order processing.
Qualifications & Skills:
β’ Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in an ADMIN role.
β’ Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an advantage.
β’ Proven experience in invoice preparation, quotations, and logistics handling.
β’ Familiarity with marketing materials and content coordination.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
β’ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
