Role description
Key Responsibilities
• Perform data entry, including creating and updating purchase orders, creating skus
• Organize and track incoming production/development samples and reference samples by keeping an organized log with the status and location
• Partner with cross-functional team members to prep for key meetings—retrieving, organizing, and tracking samples and swatches to support smooth presentations
• Delivery Tracking: Maintain knowledge of product deliveries and seasonal timelines and incoming deliveries to the office, maintaining all through a WIP report easily viewed by the rest of the team
• Occasionally help to pack and ship bulk orders
• Keep the design studio/office running like a well-oiled machine by organizing samples, trims, strike-offs, and lab dips for easy access and reference.
• Order and manage office supplies and maintenance requests
• Assist with general office needs
• Assist with SHOPIFY ecomm
Qualifications
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with PLM systems and Shopify required
• Basic Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is a plus but not required
• Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Organized, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple timelines and deliverables
