What You´ll Do • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives for ecommerce and online retailers (including their RMNs), to enhance the Pro customer journey and drive sales. • Drive strategy for the website, including but not limited to: site architecture, creative expression, and integrated marketing strategy in consideration of the digital ecosystem. • Oversee the execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online promotions, and loyalty program initiatives: develop robust eCRM program, linking the digital ecosystem from campaign initiatives through to education & events. • Build relationships with key customer accounts and account management partners. • Ensuring SKP is first to market in major eTail programs, beta initiatives, and alignment with Trade activities and initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the omnichannel strategy is integrated across all touchpoints. • Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement and retention. • Manage budgets for omnichannel marketing initiatives and ensure all marketing spends are within budget. • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to align omnichannel strategies with overall digital marketing goals. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
