Role description
Company Description As Product Director, you will be responsible for the Omnisales product roadmap across Western Europe. This involves working with various teams to design, develop, and launch product enhancements, as well as engaging with clients to understand their business needs and how they use our products to fuel future product enhancement Your responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing product enhancements which meet our clients’ needs and are superior to our competitive offering, writing detailed specifications, and leading a cross-functional team when developing and deploying these enhancements. Job Description As part of the Western European Product Measurement team, you will: • Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch • Collaboration with Operations, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, Tech and other teams • Create GTM plans and work with Commercial, Product Marketing, and MarCom teams • Provide expertise, present strategies, and act as a trusted advisor • Define and track KPIs to measure product performance • Engage with clients to better understand their business needs and build a client-centric product roadmap • Translate market insights and client needs into product requirements • Develop a 3+ year product strategy and align with business priorities • Build business cases for product funding • Perform industry research and gather competitor intelligence • Create and edit internal content sites and training Qualifications Required qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree. • 5+ years in product development, E-commerce, or data-driven industries • In-depth knowledge of Omnisales and comprehensive knowledge of NielsenIQ’s products including Discover • Team player with strong problem-solving and client-centric thinking • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Leadership skills to guide and influence cross-functional teams • Profound presentation and writing skills in Business English • Ability to quickly make decisions and manage multiple assignments at the same time • A profound understanding of the FMCG industry and E-commerce landscape and passionate about emerging technologies • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information simply and tailor communication to different stakeholder groups as needed • Experience of collaborating with Operations, Data Science, Tech and Commercial teams to solve business problems • Good understanding of NielsenIQ’ s E2E processes, OGRDS, and data science • Good statistical and logical knowledge, strong analytical aptitude, and a history of using data and insights to guide product decisions. • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and flexible environment Additional Information Our Benefits • Flexible working environment • Volunteer time off • LinkedIn Learning • Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
