Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, personable, and detail-oriented B2B Onboarding Specialist to join our in-office team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll work closely with new business partners to guide them through the process of launching their SpreadShop ProShop—from initial kickoff through shop setup, training, and go-live. You’ll help ensure a smooth, engaging onboarding experience that sets the stage for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new B2B SpreadShop clients.
• Conduct discovery and kickoff sessions to understand each partner’s goals, branding needs, and timeline.
• Guide partners through the setup of their SpreadShop—including product selection, branding, pricing, and payment configuration.
• Provide hands-on training on the SpreadShop platform, tools, and best practices for promoting and managing the store.
• Support partners with basic technical setup (e.g., embedding shops, domain redirects, platform integrations).
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, catalog, tech support) to ensure onboarding needs are met.
• Track onboarding progress using internal tools (CRM, project trackers) and manage key milestones.
• Identify and resolve blockers quickly while maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction.
• Deliver a seamless handoff to Account Managers or the Partner Success team after go-live.
• Support the back office team as needed.
Qualifications
• 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, account management, or client services—preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple onboarding projects at once.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating web-based platforms.
• Experience with e-commerce tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy) or CMS platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with branding, merchandising, or marketing is beneficial.
• Experience using CRM and task management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Trello).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
