Role description
Online Concessions Assistant Full-Time Kingston-on-Thames Purpose Of The Role Our Ecommerce team work hard to maintain, trade and market Crew Clothing on our online concession websites to further increase brand exposure and reach new customers, and we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Online Concessions Assistant to join them. You will be supporting in the delivery of planned sales targets through the management of product launches to meet critical path deadlines. The role will also be responsible for producing reports and supporting with trade, alongside coordinating the marketing of our Crew Clothing brand shops, initially on: M&S, Next, John Lewis and Very. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders such as Content, Buying, Merchandising and Logistics to effectively ensure the process is seamless. Responsibilities Product Launch β€’ Own the product data and asset process using our PIM system to share with online concessions, ensuring smooth and on time product launches. β€’ Manage & maintain the Product Launch Tracker in season; liaising with internal stakeholders to meet critical path deadlines and ensure any additional launch comments are updated daily. β€’ Liaise with Logistics to deliver stock into online concession DC’s. β€’ Produce a weekly β€˜In Stock Not Online’ report highlighting the number of lines due to go live that week and how many have launched vs not noting reasons why – late sample, image, copy etc – and communicate to the wider business. β€’ Conduct daily site walks to ensure product data, pricing and assets have gone live accurately and in line with brand guidelines. Liaise with partners if any amendments are required. β€’ Support the Online Concessions Manager with the on-boarding of new online concessions. Trade β€’ Develop strong working relationships with concession partners through regular communication and participation in Trade meetings. β€’ Set up & report on daily, weekly and monthly trade performance, communicating with all key stakeholders and presenting in relevant meetings. β€’ Support in the implementation of trade actions and communicate required actions to the relevant internal and external partners. β€’ Manage the online concessions Forward Planning Calendar and keep up to date with all concession partner promotional activity. β€’ Manage the Marketing calendar, coordinate assets and sample requests for promotional activity and upcoming campaigns to support trade throughout the season. β€’ Coordinate the Crew Clothing brand shop on online concessions and update with Campaign assets. β€’ Work with the online concessions Merchandiser to optimise stock availability and highlight areas of opportunities and concern. Key Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills specifically in regard to building strong relationships with external partners and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders. You will be highly organised with excellent time management skills and precise attention to detail. You will also have the following; β€’ Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Have the readiness to adapt to changing priorities. β€’ Intermediate experience using MS Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. β€’ Have previous experience using Product Information Management Platform would be desirable, but not essential. β€’ Ability to work both independently and within a small team.
