We're looking for a highly motivated Online Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Milford on Sea. This is a hybrid role, working in the office in Milford on Sea Monday & Tuesday 9am - 5pm with flexibility to work from home Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Established in 2005 The Lead Advisory Company has achieved sustained growth providing digital marketing services to our clients. As a result we are looking to add resource to our marketing team. About the Role You’ll take the lead on managing and optimising multiple PPC and paid social campaigns across a range of industries. From planning and launching to daily performance monitoring and reporting, you’ll be hands-on and results-driven, with the ability to juggle several high-performing campaigns at once in a proactive manner. Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (primarily Google & Bing Ads) • Build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms • Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting • Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve ROI • Report on campaign performance with actionable insights • Collaborate with our content, design, and web teams to drive performance • Stay current with platform changes, trends, and best practices What We’re Looking For • Minimum 3 years’ experience in PPC campaign management • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and other social platforms • Proven ability to manage and optimise multiple campaigns simultaneously • Strong analytical skills and confident with data tools like Google Analytics • Excellent copywriting and attention to detail • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Nice to Have • Experience working in lead generation • Familiarity with landing page testing and CRO • Knowledge of tracking setups (e.g., GA4, GTM, conversion APIs) Why Join Us? • Competitive Salary Based on experience plus Bonus • A flexible hybrid working setup (office in Milford on Sea) • A role with real impact and room to grow • Supportive team and an open, collaborative culture • Opportunities for professional development and training Ready to apply?
