Role description
These are exciting times at TFG London. We recently completed the acquisition of White Stuff to complement our established brands Phase Eight, Whistles Hobbs and Inside Story. We're not stopping there though; we have big plans for the next three years within our current brands and we want you to be part of that. We are keen to appoint a Online Partner Coordinator at Whistles to support us in achieving our short medium and long term objectives in the Online Concessions Space.
What you'll be doing
Your Duties and Responsibilities as Online Partner Coordinator will include:
β’ Coordinate with the Assistant, managing product upload and launch workflows, ensuring timely and accurate data and imagery submissions to all key partners
β’ Own the publishing critical path and partner trading calendars, highlighting and resolving risks to time-to-site and time-to-market
β’ Deliver insights alongside the Manager on weekly and monthly trade reporting, including commentary on performance, trends, and stock movements
β’ Lead weekly trade updates and insights for specific partners, ensuring actionable summaries are shared with internal teams
β’ Coordinate weekly stock pushes and intake tracking across partners, ensuring smooth deliveries and flagging key risks
β’ Support partner deck creation by contributing reporting insights, commentary, and key trade actions
β’ Collaborate with the Studio, Tech, and DC teams to continuously improve internal workflows related to imagery, product data, and delivery timelines
β’ Take ownership of key partner critical pathβs and related operational processes
Who you are:
To be successful in the role of Online Partner Coordinator you will have experience in wholesale/concessions. ecommerce, merchandising or trading operations role and be great using Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables). You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships with multiple stakeholders, well organised and deadline driven and be comfortable analysing reports and data. An analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and suggest trade-driving actions. We are interviewing imminently so please apply if you are interested
