Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Online Sales Specialist based in Portadown, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, providing excellent customer service, communicating with clients, overseeing online marketing initiatives, and organising driver routes. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with the marketing and logistics teams. Qualifications • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills • Proven experience in Sales and Online Marketing • Experience in conducting Training sessions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field would be preferable but not essential competitive salary and commission scheme.
