We are looking for a proactive Online Trading Assistant to support the continued growth of our eCommerce business. This position requires strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and fluency in German. Duties & Responsibilities for this role of Online Trading Assistant (German Speaking): • Manage and update online product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Track and maintain stock levels, pricing, and promotional activity. • Support the execution of online trading and marketing initiatives. • Produce and analyse reports on sales, traffic, and conversion performance. • Act as the main point of contact and assisting with campaigns and customer queries. • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, logistics) to ensure smooth eCommerce operations. To be successful in this role Online Trading Assistant (German Speaking): • Ideally having 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, online trading, or retail operations desirable • Must be Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken). • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) or CMS tools an advantage. • Analytical mindset with confidence in working with sales and performance data.
