This is a unique opportunity to join a young and fast-growing company at an exciting point in their journey—playing a pivotal role in shaping their digital presence, driving brand awareness, and accelerating customer growth through innovative and data-driven strategies across all digital platforms, including Amazon Marketplace. As the brand continues its expansion, a key element of your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies to grow sales and visibility on Amazon. You’ll optimise product listings, leverage Amazon's advanced advertising tools, and ensure the brand stands out in this highly competitive beauty category—capitalising on Amazon’s vast shopper base and international reach. Key Responsibilities • Lead strategy and daily trading performance across all digital channels, with emphasis on Amazon marketplace, own website, loyalty, and resale, ensuring targets are consistently met. • Oversee reporting and analysis for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trading results, identifying business drivers and creating action plans to deliver sales and profitability objectives. • Plan and coordinate the trading calendar in partnership with Content, Marketing, and Merchandising to ensure Amazon and web product launches are strategically timed for stock availability and full-price sales. • Develop and mentor the Trading team, overseeing weekly trading actions (including Amazon product uploads), recommending content and product selections based on performance, seasonality, life cycle, and regional insights. • Collaborate with Business Insights to refine existing reporting and create new tools supporting data-driven decision making, with a focus on Amazon analytics and conversion optimisation. • Own the on-site search, merchandising, and product recommendations strategy on Amazon and other digital platforms, managing third-party provider relationships to optimise performance. • Use site and Amazon analytics to identify customer pain points, optimise user journeys, and inform trading actions that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. • Required Skills and Experience • Strong experience with web analytics tools and Amazon analytics for data-driven decision making. • Proven experience managing merchandising and conversion optimisation strategies on marketplaces such as Amazon and core e-commerce platforms. • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and/or Amazon reporting and ad tools. • Demonstrated ability in both executing day-to-day performance improvements and strategic projects that drive sales growth. • Experience in team management, development, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-paced e-commerce context.
