Role Description We are seeking an Operations & Fulfillment Associate for a contract-to-hire position, based on-site in Boulder, CO. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our growing subscription and e-commerce business, ensuring customers get their orders packed, shipped, and delivered smoothly. You’ll also assist with inventory organization, carrier pick-ups, and managing product listings on our Shopify website. This position is hands-on and perfect for someone excited to join a fast-growing startup at the ground floor. Key Responsibilities • Pack and ship subscription boxes and orders with speed and accuracy. • Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock management. • Coordinate daily carrier pick-ups and drop-offs (USPS, UPS, FedEx). • Create and update product listings on Shopify. • Support special projects, promotions, and bulk order prep. • Communicate clearly with the team to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, or e-commerce (preferred but not required). • Familiarity with Shopify or willingness to learn quickly. • Reliable, efficient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs. • High school diploma or equivalent.
