As our Operations Manager, you will be the engine that keeps the company running smoothly day-to-day. Youβll design and refine processes, streamline communication across teams, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

π What Youβll Do
π Own and optimise operational processes across the business (e-commerce, marketing, creative, customer support).
π€ Act as a key link between leadership, internal team members, and external agencies/contractors.
π Manage projects end-to-end: planning, execution, deadlines, accountability.
βοΈ Build systems for efficiency: from reporting dashboards to SOPs to workflow automation.
π Track performance metrics and provide insights for data-driven decisions.
π§© Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
π‘ Support the CEO in strategic initiatives and act as a trusted right hand for scaling operations.
π― What Weβre Looking For

3+ years experience in operations, project management, or a similar role (e-commerce/D2C experience is a big plus).

Strong organisational and process-building skills.
