About the Role Global Crafts is seeking a motivated, versatile Operations Supervisor to lead our day-to-day warehouse and order operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll coach a small warehouse team, streamline processes, and act as a problem solver for customer service, inventory control, and special projects. What You’ll Do Operations & Order Fulfillment • Lead daily pick/pack/ship operations across marketplace and D2C channels (via Sellercloud). • Review exceptions, remove blockers, and recommend process improvements. • Coordinate LTL and occasional air shipments, ensuring accurate customs/compliance documents. Inventory & Purchasing • Manage receiving, put-away, labeling, and QC with warehouse staff. • Track inventory accuracy using RF scanners/Sellercloud; improve cycle counts and dock-to-stock time. • Purchase operational supplies and support inventory buys with the President. Customer Service & Accounts Receivable • Triage support tickets and customer inquiries to ensure order accuracy and timely resolution. • Process invoices, returns, and adjustments; assist with A/R outreach. • Manage wholesale accounts with unique routing and compliance needs. Analytics & Reporting • Build recurring reports (inventory health, SLAs, labor productivity) in Sellercloud + Excel. • Prepare compliance and brokerage documentation for international shipments. Projects & Systems • Lead warehouse organization/5S projects and seasonal builds. • Create and maintain products in Sellercloud; troubleshoot integrations. • Collaborate on SOPs and training to drive consistency. Must Haves • 2–4+ years in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or 3PL, with team lead experience. • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, basic modeling). • Comfort with WMS/OMS systems (Sellercloud a plus). • Strong communicator and organized “player-coach.” • Able to troubleshoot systems/basic IT issues. • Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate walk-behind pallet jack (forklift cert a plus). Nice to Haves • Marketplace experience (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.), EDI, or customs/brokerage exposure. • Process improvement (5S, Lean, SOP writing). • Basic data visualization skills for weekly reviews.
