As a Optimisation Coordinator working within the UX & Optimisation team, you will be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating AB tests and scaling our personalisation offering through Dynamic Yield on George.com. You will work alongside trading, merchandising and product teams to improve website performance and customer experience using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research to drive continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who will help champion best practices and build a strong culture of experimentation.
β’ Assist with developing a roadmap of AB tests that support the George.com strategy and objectives.
β’ Lead on the prioritisation of roadmap items, using a bespoke framework and a variety of data points.
β’ Work with Product to strengthen our personalisation offering through enhanced recommendations and customised content.
β’ Manage projects across both short and long term to improve the customer experience, monitoring core website metrics on a daily basis.
β’ Be the champion for experimentation and personalisation within the ecommerce function, regularly reporting on programme performance.

β’ A background in analytics and solid understanding of customer success metrics
β’ Agency relationship management experience
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ An understanding and experience in website personalisation is desirable
