As an Order Management Analyst, you should have a comprehensive understanding of industry standard order management practices and experience managing bulk orders. You should have experience analyzing multiple order data points at once, putting together status reports, and working collaboratively with a variety of managers across various departments.
You should have a strong attention to detail. You will lead and assist with order ingestion, analysis, and processing in collaboration with our team. Requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring order status and updating multiple internal stakeholders on the progress of orders.
• Manage the ingestion, analysis, and modification of bulk order requests.
• Implement changes to systems or processes based on new company policies or procedures.
• Managing inventory levels to ensure that sufficient quantities of product are available to meet customer demand across multiple sales channels.
• Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and ensuring all necessary information was implemented correctly on orders.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and create calls to action for any account. discrepancies.
• Monitoring accounts to identify problems and resolve issues before they become serious problems.
• Coordinate with inventory planning teams for inbound inventory monitoring to fill future orders.
• Manage all notices related to orders in your channel.
• Manage all carton quantity validation requests and analysis.
• Influence the direction of current and new, more efficient processes.
• Report on performance and progress to internal stakeholders.
• Interpret large amounts of order data and find patterns or insights.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
• Identify trends and aid in making predictions.
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience as an order management analyst, data analyst, or similar position.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel in order to perform data analysis, including understanding of the various uses for pivot tables, ranges, and lookup functions.
• Ability to communicate and present findings.
• Knowledge of industry standard order management best practices.
Qualifications:
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central FBA, Amazon, Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Portal, Mirakl e-commerce, or other e-commerce seller platforms is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite Sales Order Management is not required, but is a plus.
• Critical thinking includes the ability to analyze data and make a decision based on the information at hand.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills geared towards executives and upper management.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with the ability to stay well-organized in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to work independently but also collaboratively as part of a team with other departments and subject matter experts.
• Ability to transition from task to task depending on the business needs.
