Role description
Paid Digital Consultant (3 Days/Week – Mon to Wed Preferred) Bristol £Competitive At Speed, we believe in the power of great communications to drive real results. As one of the largest PR & Digital agencies headquartered in the South West, with offices in Bristol and central London, we’re a 40-strong team delivering meaningful work for brilliant brands – and having fun doing it. We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Digital Consultant to join our friendly and ambitious digital team three days a week (ideally Monday to Wednesday). This is a perfect role for someone who has solid experience running paid media campaigns and is ready to take ownership with a suite of great clients. About the Role You’ll be our go-to expert for planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid media campaigns across a wide range of platforms including Google Ads (including PMax and DemandGen) Bing, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. The client portfolio includes both B2C and B2B brands, across various industries and budget levels. You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital and be client-facing from day one – leading conversations, offering advice, spotting opportunities, and delivering results. This is a doer role – ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and delivering quality work end-to-end. There’s no people management, no senior team admin – just great work with great clients. What you’ll bring • Experience running successful paid media campaigns across key platforms • Confidence to handle day-to-day client communications directly • Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and more • An eye for data, commercial outcomes and ongoing optimisation • Commercially savvy and experience with budgeting • Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of platform changes and trends • Proactive approach with a can-do mindset • An interest in how PR, social and influencer marketing works with paid activity What you get when you are part of the team We believe brilliant work deserves brilliant perks. Here’s what we offer to help you feel supported, rewarded and ready to thrive — in and out of work: • A competitive salary that reflects your talent • 25 days’ holiday to start with — rising to 29 after two years • An extra 5 days’ holiday every 5 years you’re with us (because loyalty matters) • Office closed over Christmas – and no, it doesn’t come out of your holiday • 5% matched pension to help you plan ahead • Healthcare cashback scheme to keep you feeling your best • Generous family leave packages for life’s big moments • Flexible, hybrid working – because we get that life isn’t 9 to 5 • Comprehensive training and development to help you grow your career • Share incentive plan – have a stake in what we’re building • Performance-based rewards for great work • Wellbeing support that goes beyond the basics – including charity days and mental health resources • Celebrations, shout-outs and team recognition – we love a win, and we love to celebrate it Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Speed We believe brilliant work comes from diverse perspectives. We’re committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels seen, heard and valued — whatever their background, identity or lived experience. We’re proud to be a Disability Confident Committed (Level 1) Employer. That means we’ve taken clear steps to make our recruitment process inclusive and accessible. We actively promote our vacancies, and we offer interviews to disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria. This is just one part of our commitment to equity and inclusion — because the best ideas come from teams that reflect the world around them. Ready to power up your career? Join us at Speed!
