Location: In Person, St. George, UT Type: Full Time Compensation: Up to $6,000/month Build Empires With Us Empire Strategies is a fast-growing performance marketing agency based in St. George. We combine powerful video creative with high-performing advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube to help businesses grow with clarity and confidence. We’re looking for a full-time Client Strategy & Success Lead to take ownership of client relationships, performance strategy, and campaign execution. This is not a role for someone who just wants to push buttons. We’re building something serious, and we’re looking for someone who’s serious about building with us. This is an in-person position based in St. George. What You’ll Do Strategy and Optimization • Build, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • • Analyze funnel performance and improve campaign structure, targeting, and offers • • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, CallRail, and other tools • • Create custom client dashboards inside AgencyAnalytics • • Build simple, effective landing pages using platforms like Unbounce, Shopify, or other no-code tools • • Design static image ads inside Canva based on performance data and creative direction Creative Collaboration • Recommend ad concepts, hooks, angles, and formats to our in-house video team • • Review and give feedback on video edits, headlines, and copy before campaigns launch • • Use data from current campaigns to inform the next round of creative Client Communication and Leadership • Serve as the main point of contact for 10 to 20 client accounts • • Run weekly or biweekly check-in calls with clients • • Translate campaign results into clear, actionable recommendations • • Handle performance conversations with confidence and professionalism • • Build long-term trust by doing what you say you’ll do and communicating clearly Who You Are We’re not looking for someone who just wants a job. The right person is: • Experienced with 2 to 5 years in paid ads, digital marketing, or growth strategy • • Confident in building and managing Meta and Google campaigns from scratch • • Familiar with campaign structures, offer testing, tracking, attribution, and performance analysis • • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts without letting anything slip • • Comfortable leading client conversations and presenting insights clearly • • Analytical and creative, able to use data to spark strong ideas • • Self-driven and always learning—you watch ad breakdowns or marketing content because you care about mastering your craft • • Honest, direct, and takes ownership when things go wrong without making excuses Bonus if you have experience scripting video content, writing ad copy, or working with e-commerce and lead generation offers.
