• We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to support and execute high-performing Meta and TikTok ad campaigns across Coconut Lane and Cocopup — two fast-growing, female-led DTC brands in the fashion and pet accessories space.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in Meta and TikTok Ads who wants to take ownership of campaign performance, help drive growth across two creative and community-led brands, and grow into a confident, strategic media buyer.
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in Witney, Oxfordshire Office required)
Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000–£35,000 DOE
Reports To: Marketing Lead
What You’ll Be Doing
• Set up, manage, and optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns with a focus on ROAS and new customer acquisition. Managing a combined Meta Budget across both Brands of >£200k per month.
• Analyse campaign performance and spot trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for scaling.
• Create and maintain weekly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
• Support creative strategy and testing — using data, trends, and competitor research to inform creative briefs.
• Collaborate with the in-house creative team to ensure ads are engaging, on-brand, and designed to convert.
• Keep up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to keep our strategy cutting-edge.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to understand and influence on-site conversion rate and average order value, helping optimise landing pages and user journey to improve campaign effectiveness.
What You’ll Need
• Minimum 12 months hands-on experience running Meta and/or TikTok paid ads for e-commerce brands (agency or in-house).
• A solid grasp of key e-commerce performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, etc.).
• Confident in analysis and reporting.
• A test-and-learn mindset — curious, data-driven, and constantly looking to improve results.
• Strong communication skills and an organised, proactive approach to work.
• Interest in lifestyle, fashion, or pet brands — bonus points if you’re already a Coconut Lane or Cocopup customer!
• Meta Blueprint and TikTok Ads certifications are a plus but not required.
