You’ll also benefit from direct collaboration with platform partners including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, giving you early access to features and insights that drive results. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. • Monitor campaign performance daily, take optimisation actions, and drive improvements in ROAS. • Create detailed performance reports and translate insights into actionable client recommendations. • Collaborate directly with clients to understand objectives and shape strategic campaign direction. • Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand tone and performance goals. Essential Experience: • 1 - 2+ years’ experience managing paid social/search campaigns, with hands-on Meta Ads experience for e-commerce brands spending £10k+ per month. • Exposure to e-commerce marketing strategies and performance metrics. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience. • Proven analytical mindset with a data-led approach to campaign management. • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced remote working environment. Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 + Bonus
