About The Role As the Paid Media Lead at Sisters and Seekers, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising all paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll play a critical role in shaping customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth, while ensuring campaigns align with brand direction and deliver measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities Own the paid media strategy across all channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms). Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, traffic, conversions). Manage and forecast paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximised ROI. Oversee creative briefing and testing, ensuring assets are tailored to platform and audience whilst remaining in line with brand creative & standards. Lead data-driven decision making by tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance to Senior Management. Identify and test new growth opportunities, including channel diversification and new customer targeting/audience expansion. Collaborate with CRM, brand, and merchandising teams to deliver an integrated marketing strategy. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy and paid media-specific content briefs. Manage and maintain relationships with any media agencies, partners, and platform representatives where applicable. Skills & Experience 4+ years experience in paid media, ideally within eCommerce (fashion experience is a plus!). Proven track record of scaling digital ad campaigns across multiple markets including international. Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of attribution, tracking, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc). Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results. A creative & innovative thinker with strong understanding of ad creative best practices for fashion and lifestyle brands. Excellent project management and communication skills. A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance analytical rigor with brand storytelling. πŸ‘– Industry: A leading womenswear fashion ecommerce company based near Chester.
