Working across a diverse portfolio of clients in the eCommerce, D2C and B2B sectors, you'll bring innovative thinking to multi-channel Paid Media campaigns.
This is a key strategic role, ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership position while remaining hands-on with delivery and optimisation.
With direct access to senior decision-makers and a clear path for progression, you'll help shape both client success and the future of the Paid Media function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of junior Paid Media professionals, overseeing campaign execution and team development.
• Manage the planning, implementation, and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and more.
• Troubleshoot account issues, ensuring smooth campaign performance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align campaigns with business goals and provide strategic recommendations.
• Analyse campaign performance, delivering reports, forecasts and insights to improve results and drive growth.
Essential Experience:
• Demonstrable experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns across search, display and remarketing.
• Proven track record in leading and developing junior team members in a digital agency setting.
• Strong background managing multiple Paid Media channels including Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft Advertising.
• Confident in analysing campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment across multiple client accounts.
