Roles & Responsibilities
As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll take the lead on performance campaigns across Paid Media channels, delivering strategies that drive meaningful results. Whether your background is in PPC, Paid Social, or a mix of both, you’ll be key to campaign delivery and client engagement, working closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across a variety of Paid Media platforms.
• Manage client relationships, offering guidance and sharing insights to support their goals.
• Review campaign performance to help improve results and inform future strategies.
• Work collaboratively with creative, data, and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support and mentor an apprentice, alongside the Account Director.
Skills & Experience
• Practical experience in Paid Media, with a background in PPC, Paid Social, or both.
• Familiarity with common Paid Media platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
• Comfortable analysing campaign data and using insights to optimise Paid Media performance.
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly present campaign strategies and results to clients and teams.
• Collaborative approach to working with creative, data, and strategy teams.
• Adaptable and open to learning new Paid Media tools and techniques.
