Role description
Job Title: Paid Media Manager - Growth Marketing
Location: London
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + bonus
Are you ready to take full ownership of paid media campaigns and play a key role in growing a luxury interiors brand? Here’s your chance.
We’re a fast-growing, family-owned luxury interiors and ecommerce business, expanding from bespoke kitchens into furniture, wallpaper, and beyond. With a new showroom in Chelsea/Fulham and ambitious international growth plans - including a US launch next year - you’ll be at the heart of building a household name in interiors.
This role is perfect for you if:
• You want to own campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads, Meta, and new channels like TikTok or Twitter/X.
• You’re excited to learn and grow into email marketing and CRM, helping bring campaigns fully in-house.
• You enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas shape strategy and execution.
• You want to contribute to a brand expanding internationally and launching new products.
What you’ll do:
• Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, managing budgets of £10k+ per month.
• Take ownership of email marketing campaigns, learning CRM tools and managing freelancers as needed.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels, testing, iterating, and scaling what works.
• Support the US market launch and international expansion with data-driven marketing.
• Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with launches.
• Analyse performance using GA4 and other tools, providing clear insights and recommendations.
• Grow with the business: potential to lead a team and step into a Head of Growth or Marketing role.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience running Google and Meta campaigns, with a hands-on approach and a growth mindset.
• Comfort managing significant budgets independently and optimising for ROI.
• Interest in CRM and email marketing, or eagerness to learn quickly.
• Analytical skills to track performance, report insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial - ready to thrive in a startup-style office culture.
Why this role is exciting:
• Full ownership of paid media and growth campaigns with room to expand into CRM.
• Exposure to international launches and high-end product marketing.
• Direct mentorship from senior leadership and marketing advisers.
• Fast career progression: potential to grow into a senior marketing or growth role within 1-2 years.
• Be part of a collaborative, transparent, and ambitious team shaping the future of a luxury interiors brand.
Benefits:
• Private medical insurance and employee assistance programme
• Cycle-to-work scheme and eye care vouchers
• Staff discounts and 23 days annual leave (plus Christmas shut down)
• Performance bonus (approx. 3-3.5% discretionary)
If you’re ready to take ownership, grow your skills, and make a real impact in a fast-growing luxury brand, this is your next challenge.
