Role description
• Series A, Interior Design startup • We're looking for a Paid Media Leader to join the marketing team on a 5-month contract set to begin in the second half of August. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for continuing momentum on our customer acquisition efforts and helping the business grow into the most desirable brand in the home furnishings industry. You’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of our paid media program, owning both online and offline channels with the support of internal stakeholders and external partners. This is a unique opportunity to step into a fast-moving DTC business with an ambitious growth mandate and an exceptional brand foundation. What You’ll Do: • Own the strategy and execution of media investment, with a focus on driving new customer growth efficiently and at scale. • Identify new opportunities to expand media investment headroom through improved targeting, segmentation, and audience journey optimization. • Manage in-platform execution of digital media channels, including SEM, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. • Oversee offline media channels (e.g., direct mail, audio, out-of-home) in partnership with agency collaborators. • Deliver weekly reporting, insights, and performance optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders. • Partner with the creative and product teams to design and implement A/B tests across media and e-commerce platforms. Qualifications Include: • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles, ideally in a DTC or a fast-paced growth environment. • Expertise in managing key channels including SEM, paid social (Meta), YouTube, and Pinterest. • Demonstrated ability to analyze raw performance data, extract insights, and act on them quickly. • Experience managing offline media channels, including agency collaboration, planning, and reporting. • Strong project management skills and the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-moving environment.
