Hybrid / Remote (UK-based) | Full-time
Salary: £55-70k
Senior Leadership Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Paid Media Manager to take ownership of a growing Paid Media department. This is a senior-level role where you’ll define strategy, lead a talented team, and be the key figurehead for Paid Media across the agency.
You’ll oversee the performance, development, and strategic direction of Paid Media services, ensuring delivery remains sharp, innovative, and results-driven across Search and Social platforms. You’ll also play a leading role in new business pitches, industry events, and high-level client discussions.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Team Leadership & Department Oversight
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Paid Media team
• Manage recruitment, resource planning, and performance reviews
• Deliver structured team development and training initiatives
• Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth
🔹 Client Strategy & Delivery Oversight
• Oversee cross-platform paid media campaigns (Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Lead strategy and execution across ecommerce, lead gen, and brand campaigns
• Own large-scale budgets and guide best-in-class campaign delivery
• Act as senior escalation point and provide hands-on support for high-priority accounts
• Promote data-led insights and audience understanding across all channels
🔹 Commercial & Department Growth
• Set and deliver departmental growth and profitability targets
• Introduce new tools, processes, and innovation into Paid Media workflows
• Align cross-department strategy (SEO, Content, Digital PR) under an integrated approach
• Monitor and report on department KPIs and contribute to agency-wide strategy
🔹 New Business & External Representation
• Lead Paid Media in agency pitches and represent the business externally
• Present at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership platforms
• Help shape and evolve the Paid Media proposition in line with market trends

• 7+ years in Paid Media, with agency-side experience managing large accounts
• Proven track record of leading, scaling, and mentoring Paid Media teams
• Expert in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms
