£32,000 - £40,000 DOE | Hybrid (Nottingham-based office)
Are you a Paid Media specialist who knows how to build high-impact campaigns and wow clients with results? If you’ve got a creative mind, strong performance instincts, and enjoy working with clients to bring campaigns to life - this role could be a fantastic fit.
My client, a growing and innovative digital agency, is looking for a Paid Media Manager to take the lead on running smart, data-driven campaigns across a mix of platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and more.
You’ll get full ownership of the campaign lifecycle - from strategy and targeting to creative input and performance optimisation - all while building trusted relationships with clients who rely on your insight to drive their success.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading the strategy, planning and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
• Acting as the main point of contact for your clients - giving them expert advice, reporting on performance, and helping shape future direction
• Working with creatives to build engaging ad content that aligns with audience behaviour and platform trends
• Managing budgets, timelines and reporting metrics, with a focus on improving ROI and engagement
• Constantly testing, learning and optimising based on campaign data and industry shifts
• Keeping ahead of trends in paid social and digital advertising, applying new thinking to keep campaigns sharp and effective
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience - especially across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
• Strong client communication skills - you’re comfortable presenting results and strategic thinking to senior stakeholders
• Ideally, you've worked in an agency or fast-paced digital environment before
• A good understanding of TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, or Programmatic channels is a definite plus
• Some experience with paid search campaigns would be a bonus
• A track record in B2B and B2C - especially in lead generation and ecommerce
• Great working knowledge of key tools like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• You’re analytical, with a natural ability to spot trends, solve problems, and deliver measurable results
