We were built to support The Camp’s fitness community and are now expanding online β€” bringing our proven product line directly to consumers. We're looking for a Paid Media Manager who specializes in wellness or supplement brands and knows how to profitably scale through Meta and Google Ads. This can be a full-time, part-time, or contract role depending on your experience and availability. πŸš€ What You’ll Do: β€’ Launch & manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns β€’ Test and optimize creative (videos, carousels, hooks, headlines) β€’ Build and scale full-funnel campaigns (acquisition + retargeting) β€’ Analyze results (ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV) and report key learnings β€’ Collaborate with our in-house content and landing page team β€’ Proactively share insights, ideas, and action plans weekly 🧠 Must-Have Experience: β€’ 2+ years running paid media for supplement or wellness DTC brands (required) β€’ History of managing $10K+/month in ad spend with strong ROAS β€’ Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools β€’ Experience optimizing landing pages, offers, and product bundles β€’ Deep understanding of conversion rates, AOV, and LTV growth strategies πŸ”₯ Bonus Points For: β€’ Shopify DTC experience β€’ Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros β€’ Email/SMS marketing or upsell funnel experience β€’ Understanding of the 30–55 y/o supplement buyer (men + women) πŸ’ͺ Why You’ll Love This Role: β€’ Flexible format: full-time, part-time, or contract β€’ Immediate ad budget + proven, high-converting products β€’ Lean team with in-house content support β€’ Performance-driven culture (freedom = results) β€’ Opportunity to grow with a brand on the rise πŸ’° Compensation: Compensation is flexible based on experience, availability, and performance.
