Role description
Location: UK / Remote-first with some travel Type: Full-time The Role We’re FLOW. We help ecommerce brands grow their revenue with calm, clear, commercial marketing. We’re not big, bloated or bureaucratic. We’re sharp, direct, and good at what we do. We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to own our clients’ advertising performance across all major platforms; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and whatever comes next. Someone who can take a budget and make it work harder. You’ll be the one designing campaigns, optimising ads, and spotting growth opportunities before anyone else sees them. This isn’t a role for someone who just presses buttons. You’ll need the insight to understand why an ad is winning or failing, and the initiative to fix it fast. You’ll be trusted with big decisions and real budgets from day one. What You’ll Do • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Continuously test creatives, copy, targeting, and audiences to improve ROAS and hit commercial goals. • Analyse performance data and present insights in plain English, no jargon. • Collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists to make ads that actually work. • Stay on top of platform changes, trends, and new opportunities. • Build and maintain clear performance reports for clients and the team. Who You’ll Work With • Our design studio for ad creative (static and motion/video). • Brand strategy, Email, SEO, and CRO specialists. • Developers who know Shopify and ecommerce inside out. • FLOW founders and strategic leads, there to back you, not micromanage you. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience running profitable campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, plus at least one of LinkedIn or YouTube. • A data-led mindset with the ability to turn numbers into actions. • Curiosity, initiative, and zero drama. • Clear communication and the confidence to challenge ideas. • A knack for spotting small tweaks that make a big difference. The Tools Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads. Plus: Monday.com, Slack, Teams, and AI tools (which we use daily).
