Salary: £35,000 - £50,000
The Company
This independent media agency is growing quickly and has recently won several exciting new clients - including one of the UK’s most recognisable brands. • Plan, activate, and optimise PPC and Paid Social campaigns across multiple channels.
• Own client relationships, offering strategic guidance and performance insights.
• Analyse results using GA4 and Adobe Analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across creative, data, and strategy teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Mentor and support an apprentice, working closely with the Account Director.

• 3+ years’ experience in a digital agency, with hands-on expertise in PPC and Paid Social.
• Skilled in Google Ads (including Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.

• A confident communicator who can present strategies and performance updates clearly.
