Paid Media Manager - Amazon - Fastest-growing Brands in a Booming Product Category

• £35k-£40k - 4 days a week in Manchester/ 1 day WFH

• Futures are thrilled to be partnering with this rapidly growing, ambitious consumer goods brand; sitting within one of the fastest growing consumer goods categories globally.
Already generating over £50m in revenue, this business have their sights set on scaling to £200m+ by in the next 3 years', with a mission to become the global leader in their category. Their strategy is clear, their growth trajectory is steep, and the opportunities are huge.
Due to growth, the extremely successful Ecommerce team is expanding and hiring for a Amazon Paid Media Manager.
As the Amazon Paid Media Manager you will...
• Lead day-to-day management of Amazon Advertising campaigns, including keyword research, bid optimisation, and campaign structuring to drive category-leading visibility and sales.
• Partner with the brand team to develop and execute upper-funnel campaigns that attract and convert new-to-brand customers.
• Storefront Strategy & Optimisation – Design, optimise, and manage Amazon Stores across all brands, ensuring brand consistency and maximising sales through creative.
• Take full ownership of UK & Ireland ad performance, with a clear progression path to managing international marketplaces, gaining exposure across new regions and customer bases.
• Work with the brand team to create TikTok ads and other social-driven campaigns that drive traffic to Amazon listings, maintain #1 bestseller rankings, and accelerate growth of new/fringe products.
As an Amazon Paid Media Manager you will need...
• Industry knowledge/ experience of working for a Fast-moving Consumer Goods brand.
• Amazon Advertising Expertise –strong experience and track record managing Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP campaigns to drive growth.
• Ability to interpret performance data, optimise campaigns, and present clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - collaborating with cross-functional teams & senior leadership.
