ABOUT BOOSTED COMMERCE Boosted Commerce (founded in 2019) is a digitally-native, CPG platform focused on acquiring and building new, fast-growing beauty, health, and wellness brands. We are a seasoned team of traditional retail and ecommerce operators already scaling several consumer brands with proven product-market fit. IN YOUR NEW ROLE We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Paid Media Manager with an emphasis on social media to join our highly skilled Los Angeles–based team. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work across multiple categories and brands, playing an integral role in marketing efforts across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other key channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong multi-tasking skills, and brings a proactive, initiative-driven approach to supporting senior leadership. They should also be comfortable conducting broad, complex analyses to help drive impactful strategies. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing digital and social media strategies to support acquisitions from start to finish, while providing strategies to effectively grow our brands’ DTC websites • Manage a team of PPC analysts involved with campaign creation and advertising investment for multiple ad types across our brands on different ad platforms; including measuring and monitoring core KPIs while maintaining budget goals • Be accountable for meeting traffic, revenue, ad spend, CAC, ROI/ROAS targets, ensuring that we reach or exceed our KPI benchmarks and goals • Conduct case studies to inform campaign builds or other paid media strategies across various social and SEM ad platforms • Keep track of industry standards, best practices, and players in social media and the PPC space • Source and analyze data using GA4, Tableau, Segment, etc.; provide additional custom analysis Data Studio to help improve reports, including data visualizations, that develop insights into brand performance using creative and strategic thinking • Support brand managers, new product development, and other teams with marketing initiatives TO BE THE BEST FIT FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED • 5-8 years of experience in customer acquisition • 3-5 years ecommerce experience as a manager or lead analyst at a D2C brand or at an advertising/marketing services agency • 4+ years of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) • 3+ years of Paid Search/Display account management experience (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube) • 2+ years of experience with GA4 (Google Analytics), Google Merchant Center, & Search Console • 1+ year TV Streaming &/or TikTok ads are good to have but not required • Proven ability to scale advertising spend across multiple platforms profitably, driving incremental revenue growth while maintaining or improving efficiency (CAC, ROAS). • Experience with CDP platforms is good to have but not required • Strong quantitative skills, a passion for data analysis, and working knowledge of paid media • A deep desire to learn new things and acquire new skills while working for a company with a massive market opportunity • Masterful organizational, communication, and self-motivation skills, demonstrated by previous professional success • The ability to independently work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment: you are resourceful, think outside the box in the pursuit of business objectives, and prioritize effectively • A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding, and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others with leadership experience • Ad or analyst certifications are good to have but not required • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required) BOOSTED COMMERCE OFFERS: • Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 annually • Growth company at a pivotal juncture • Hybrid Opportunity - One day in office • Flexible Time Off • Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) • Equity Boosted Commerce is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
