Position Overview: Are you a Paid Social expert with a passion for Meta platforms? If you also have experience with TikTok and Pinterest, even better! As a Media Buyer at icepop, you’ll take the lead in executing and optimizing campaigns across various social channels for our DTC clients. Your expertise will guide both clients and your team, using data-driven insights to craft and refine campaign strategies that deliver results.
At icepop, we see media buying as both an art and a science. You’ll be hands-on in testing and refining creative, copy, and landing pages, constantly seeking ways to improve performance. Your proactive approach will help chart new paths to success for your clients, driving growth and innovation at every turn.
As a Media Buyer, your key responsibility will be to build and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager - experience with TikTok and Pinterest is a plus! You’ll ensure that all strategic initiatives are executed on time and within budget across multiple ad accounts. Attention to detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a data-focused mindset are essential as you seek out wins to scale and analyze losses to improve future strategies. If you have a talent for writing compelling creative briefs, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to collaborate with our in-house team of editors, copywriters, and graphic designers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take a hands-on approach to campaign management—deploying, optimizing, and reporting on all account activities.
• Be a master of Meta (Facebook/Instagram); experience with TikTok and Pinterest is a plus.
• Monitor and manage ad account performance and spend pacing with precision.
• Drive media buying across social platforms, optimizing to meet and exceed client goals.
• Develop forecasts and identify trends and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
• Provide regular performance feedback to your team and lead strategic discussions internally.
• Communicate effectively with clients through email, Slack, and Google Meet, delivering clear and timely updates.
• Collaborate with the icepop team to brainstorm big ideas, craft compelling campaigns, and determine the best strategies to engage customers.
• Report on key successes, challenges, and areas ripe for improvement.
• Show up every day with a mission to grow and support your clients and teammates.
• Set up and manage data architecture, including pixel testing, placement, and event firing confirmation for all campaigns.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Media Buying, with a strong focus on Meta and Paid Social.
• Must be based in the USA; no other candidates will be considered.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and experience with Shopify brands is a plus.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands with monthly budgets ranging from $20K to $200K.
• Strong data-driven mindset with a consumer-first focus; you excel at using analytics to drive strategic recommendations and growth.
