About the Role We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to implement and optimize all paid acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creativeβ€”comfortable managing cross-channel campaigns, uncovering insights through data, and driving revenue growth through performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for scaling paid media programs across search, social, and display platforms, aligning efforts with broader marketing objectives, and managing budgets to maximize return on investment. Key Responsibilities β€’ Implement full funnel paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube β€’ Manage media planning, campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimization β€’ Monitor daily performance, diagnose issues, and make real-time decisions to improve results β€’ Collaborate with brand and creative teams to align campaigns with seasonal promotions and product launches β€’ Report on KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate, translating insights into actionable next steps β€’ Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive benchmarks Qualifications β€’ A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with proven performance results. β€’ Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution platforms (e.g., Triple Whale or Looker) β€’ Experience with managing large-scale media budgets β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act quickly on insights β€’ Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams β€’ Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, wellness, or outdoor lifestyle brands Hard Skills (Technical/Functional Expertise) 1.
