You’ll play a key role in driving performance across Meta, Google, and other key platforms, while collaborating closely with creative, brand, and ecommerce teams. What the role involves You’ll take the lead on all things paid media. From strategy and setup to analysis and optimisation, you’ll have the space and support to shape campaigns that drive real results. Whether it’s a new product drop, seasonal launch or cultural moment, your work will help bring the brand to life in fresh and exciting ways. You’ll work alongside a talented and passionate team, reporting into the Head of Ecommerce and collaborating with brand, trading and creative colleagues every step of the way. Working environment • Hybrid working in the Manchester office • A culture built on trust, flexibility and creativity • Supportive leadership and a team that celebrates wins together • Salary available upon request What you’ll be doing • Planning and running paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, including Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube • Managing media budgets and tracking performance using key metrics such as ROAS and CPA • Working with creative teams to brief and test high-performing assets • Aligning activity with trading plans, product launches and cultural campaigns • Using tools like Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo and Triple Whale to inform targeting and scaling What we’re looking for • Around three years of experience in a paid media role, ideally within a fashion or lifestyle brand • Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, including setup, optimisation and scaling • Strong analytical mindset and a commercial approach to campaign performance • Confident using performance data to share insights and drive decisions • Collaborative working style with a strong creative eye and awareness of cultural trends Why this role could be right for you You’ll be joining a business where your ideas are welcomed and your work makes a real difference.
